Shipping Information

Shipping information will be provided to you through email within 2 business days of your order. We do our very best to get all orders shipped out within that time period. If any uncontrollable circumstances occur, we will send you an alert email to inform you of what's going on. Especially during the holiday season.

Combined Shipping - We do offer combined shipping for anything that you may be interested in. If you do have any questions, please send us an email.

International Buyers - If you're interested in buying a tooth, please send us an email on which tooth you're interested in and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a quote for shipping. The site provider that we use makes it a little difficult for us to add shipping options for our international customers and we are doing our very best to get that sorted. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or any taxes you are responsible for. 

***SPECIAL HOLIDAY NOTICE*** We are not responsible for you not getting your package in time for Christmas! The deadline to purchase something from us and get it BEFORE Christmas was December 16th for USPS Ground Advantage and December 18th for USPS Priority Mail. If you order from us on or after those dates and you DO NOT get your package on time, that’s on you. We normally ship out every order within the same business day if not the very next day.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We offer a full 30-day return policy from the time of delivery. We will refund the full amount of the purchased price, less the shipping costs. Shipping costs of returned items is the customers responsibility.
