The St. Mary’s river is located right on the border of Florida and Georgia. The teeth that come out of this river are usually known for their beautiful browns and blues. Unfortunately, the conditions in the river usually take a huge toll on the teeth found there. Most of them are usually damaged in some way, shape, or form. They can also be heavily polished from the river. So when you find one in great condition, they usually fetch a good amount of money.

This tooth is an overall nice tooth for the location. A very minor nick to the tip of the tooth keeps the price down a little. Other than that, it has sharp serrations, a beefy root, with a colorful enamel. This specimen would have came from an adult megalodon shark with a length of about 35 to 40 feet.
