An overall beautiful & large hastalis mako from Bakersfield California. This specific tooth was found in an area within Bakersfield called sharktooth hill. The colors on this tooth are just gorgeous. Not as colorful as most, but still really nice for the location. This specimen would have came from an adult mako shark with a length of about 15 - 20 feet.
